By using alter3dofficial.com or placing an order on our Shopify store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or store.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are processed through Shopify. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment. Prices and availability may change without notice. Limited-run drops may sell out quickly and are not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and shipped.
3. Shipping & Returns
Shipping and return details are available on our Shipping & Returns page. By placing an order you agree to those policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Alter3d® wordmark, "hz." marks, graphics, photography, and product designs — is owned by Alter3d® and protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission.
5. Affiliate & Collab Program
Approved affiliates and collaborators receive codes and commission terms in writing. Abuse of codes, self-referral, or fraudulent orders results in immediate removal and forfeiture of pending commissions.
6. Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information in signup or collaboration forms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alter3d® is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products beyond the amount paid for the relevant order.
8. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
