Shipping & Returns

Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from our Texas facility within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Limited drops may take slightly longer during launch windows.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Standard: 3–5 business days after processing.
• Expedited: 1–3 business days where available at checkout.
• Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply to standard domestic orders over the stated threshold.

International

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be announced when available.

Returns & Exchanges

• All items must remain unworn, with tags fully intact and attached, and in original packaging. Items meeting these conditions may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Final-sale items, including marked limited drops, are not eligible for return.
• To start a return, email contact@alter3dofficial.com with your order number. We'll send a return address and instructions.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at contact@alter3dofficial.com and we'll make it right.
