Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from our Texas facility after order confirmation. Limited drops may take slightly longer during launch windows.

Standard: shipped after processing.
Expedited: available at checkout where offered.
Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply to standard domestic orders over the stated threshold.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be announced when available.

All items must remain unworn, with tags fully intact and attached, and in original packaging. Items meeting these conditions may be returned for a refund or exchange.
Final-sale items, including marked limited drops, are not eligible for return.
To start a return, email contact@alter3dofficial.com with your order number. We'll send a return address and instructions.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.
